| STEP 1 (Selecting a Home): Finding your Dream home can be exciting and enjoyable! We will work individually with you to find the right home, in the price range for you and your budget. STEP 2 (Financing and paperwork):Our approval process is simple: THAT'S IT! Your ready to move into your new home!! Payment Information- Lease payments are based on individual homes and areas. - Payments can range from $1,800.00 to $3,000.00 per month depending on the above and house price. - ALL lease payments include house payment, taxes, and property insurance in the monthly lease. The vast majority of our clients have some sort of credit damage. Whatever the issue is, it can be repaired over time. At Colorado VIP Homes we are not concerned with the past, only your future. | Our leases are typically for 24 months (2 year). In that time, we offer free credit repair assistance and counsel, through our lenders. This is a free service and we highly recommend all of our clients take advantage of it! In addition, we also have preferred rates with insurance carriers for additional services such as auto, renters, health and life.
